Common questions

Do I need to know coding to set this up?
No. The setup guide is step-by-step with screenshots. You'll need a Google account (Drive and Sheets), a Make.com free account, and a WhatsApp Business number via Interakt or AiSensy. No code anywhere.
How does client authentication work?
The bot looks up the sender's WhatsApp number against your Clients sheet. If the number matches a registered client, they're authenticated automatically. No passwords or OTPs needed — the number is the identity.
Where are documents actually stored?
Your own Google Drive, under your own Google account. CAdocbot only generates and sends the shareable Drive link. The files never leave your account — no third-party storage.
Does the free version expire?
No. The free setup package is yours permanently. The 5-client and 3-doc-per-category limits are built into the bot instructions — you can use the free version for as long as it meets your needs.
Which WhatsApp Business API provider do you recommend?
Both Interakt and AiSensy work well for Indian CA firms and offer free trial tiers. The guide covers both. Interakt has slightly better Make.com documentation; AiSensy has simpler onboarding for first-time users.
What happens when a client hits the free tier limit?
The bot sends an automatic message explaining the limit and prompts the client (or you) to upgrade to Pro. You can also adjust the threshold directly in the bot instructions.
